Move your notes to another computer

Your notes and your applied/skipped marks are stored in this browser, so they don’t follow you to another machine on their own. Back up saves them as a file. To bring them over, drop that file here — or open it, copy everything, and paste it in the box.

Direct posting lands you on the actual requisition with an apply button. Program page is the right destination but the application opens on its own schedule. Search the board means the specific req isn’t posted yet — the row carries the exact search term to use, and the twice-weekly run upgrades it to a direct posting the moment one appears.

Copy gives you a prompt written for that specific opportunity — what it actually asks for, which experience to lead with, and what to check before spending an evening on it. Paste it into a chat here and the drafting starts immediately.

Green dates are confirmed on the live source. Amber dashed dates are estimated from the prior cycle — work to a date one week earlier and an estimate can never hurt you.

More details on the right of each row is yours to write in. Click it, put one thought per line, and each line comes back as a bullet on the row — who you emailed, what you’re waiting on, why you passed. Notes ride along in that row’s Copy prompt, and they survive the twice-weekly rebuild.

Marking a row applied or skipped holds it in place for a moment so you can see it land, then drops it to the bottom. Marking it back to to do brings it straight back up. Your notes and marks live in this browser, so Back up saves them as a file and Restore reads one back in on another computer — the same file does both.
